1. What is Microsoft Word?
Microsoft Word is a graphical word processing program that helps users write. This is software made by Microsoft and it is the software of the Microsoft Office suite software package.
2. Why use Microsoft Word?
Microsoft word is mainly used for writing. Microsoft Word is used to write or save necessary information like writing various necessary information, writing books, writing exam questions, etc.

3. How to install Microsoft Word on a computer?
To install Microsoft Word on a computer, you need to install Microsoft Office software.
How to create and save a Microsoft Word file:
(i) First click on the start icon in the lower left corner and then click on All Programs.
(ii) Now click on Microsoft Office and click on Microsoft Word, the Microsoft Word file will open.
To save first:
(iii) Click on FILE in the top left and click on Save. Or press Ctrl + S from the keyboard. (iv) In the File name section, select the location with the name of the file and click on Save, and then the file will be saved in the specified location with the specific name.
To save for the first time:

Now your file is password protected. To check, close the file & open it again. It will ask for your password before the opening. To open the file give the password & click Ok.

11. How to do Text design or decoration in Microsoft Word:
