Step 1:- 

First of all, open "File Explorer" on your computer, then click on "This PC", where you will see all your drive partitions, then you will right-click on "C drive" and click on Properties. (Follow image 1)

By clicking on it, a new popup will open on your screen as shown in image 3, all the files shown in it are useless, just once check the Download Folder because all the downloaded files will be there. Some of the files may also be important to you and if your download folder is not an important file then select it and click on OK. (Follow image 3)

After clicking on Ok, it will take a little time depending on your cache file size, and then all the useless files will be deleted from your C Drive. After that, you will start seeing a little change in the Performance.

Tips 2:- 

After following tips 1, now in tips 2, you have to open the File explorer again and click on This PC and go to C Drive, then in the left, you have to search on the search place "size:gigantic", then enter By clicking, you have to wait till the search is done. Then all the files that you will be showing are more in size, now here you have to check each and every file manually, and delete the unimportant files. Then you should select the files which are not important and click Shift + Del, with the help of this shortcut the files will be permanently deleted. (Follow image 4)

Tips 3:- 

For tips 3, you have to go to C drive again, then go to users and click on the folder with your computer names, then go to Appdata (if AppData is not showing, then Follow the steps that are mentioned in image 6 and image 7 below), then after open Appdata folder and then Local folder then go to the Temp folder, Now let me tell that all the files in Temp Folder are useless. You delete them all and use Shift + Del to Permanent Delete.
